To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction with another user.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
