Indian Ringneck Parrot Rehoming

I am rehoming a beautiful indian ringneck that is tamed and can be handled. I don't have time to give it a lot of attention as these birds do need a lot of attention. It is mostly outside running around house only in cage during night time. There will be a rehoming fee please let me know. Thanks.
